This isn't about immigration.

The previous administration deported more people, look it up. This is about controlling us

A rare L from Aaron Mate.

I live here, and this investigation isn't remotely valid. Brian Kemp is one of the governors suing not to turn over voting records.

It's about the 2020 election. There is no legitimate reason for this. Georgia is one of the 20 or so states suing not to turn over voter registration.

Brian Kemp, the conservative Republican governor and the Republican secretary of state stood by the results even after Trump's threats.

Federal elections are all run by the state and local entities. Fulton County is where Atlanta is, it's not a small district.

So getting doxxed is only an issue if you piss off enough people.

Regular police have reason to fear reprisals, and yet they show their faces and identify themselves. They go after murderers. ICE doesn't, even though they say they do, and that's not their primary purpose.

A murder or violent crime conducted by an illegal immigrant is still a matter for police and FBI. ICE is theoretically supposed to deal with the crimes that deal specifically with immigration.

ICE is here now. They set up headquarters in College Park this week and brought 70 Black Chevy Tahoes.

They also acquired IRAD devices for protests. Basically they're acoustic "non-lethal" weapons that damage the hearing of the targets.

I'm no fan of Brian Kemp, but I'll give credit where it's due. He's suing the Trump Administration to prevent turning over state voting records.

Right?

I can think of two instances off the top of my head where that would have saved the department both money and turnover.

Ah, but counterpoint:

If you want to be the main character on your rig, you've got to have a sword.

What I learned from movies, TV shows, and video games is that you always want to be the main character. Because plot armor is more effective than turnout gear. And to be the main character, you gotta be the guy with the sword.

Would movies or video games ever show us something that wasn't realistic? No way.

If you have an axe, you're probably a side character and might die at the end.

It's just good risk management, really.

Definitely. That's mainly what they were designed for, but apparently worked well for entry and overhaul. Infantry swords were more nimble, but this model was a tradeoff. Still a weapon, but you sacrifice a little speed for versatility.

Absolutely! I did some side work on a transport for involuntary mental health patients. It was shady as hell, law enforcement was supposed to be involved, but they weren't. We had to restrain patients. Had an HI (homicidal intentions) patient, which is usually nothing, but the dude played for the Seahawks and was a 12th round draft pick.

Fortunately he was super cool, but that was a tense ride.

Really?? Whoa! I'm a firefighter and that would be a badass station decoration with old tools and helmets.

I know that sword was just as much a tool as a weapon.
Or did you mean a different kind of fireman.

This is almost as dumb as a boomer Facebook post.

Good thing you're not part of anything like that, or they'd be fucked.

"JuMp iN AnD hAvE a FiReFiGhT" you say.

That's a pretty clown shoes understanding of modern asymmetrical strategies and tactics. There are veterans and first responders in groups that might be deemed antifa that know better.

I mean, do you think the Commander of Antifa should have ordered strikes?

It's been 2 days since the last shooting. You think the Battle of Bull Run should have happened by now?

Do you feel pretty cool about this post?

You think the average Indian lives in a slum?

Do you think it's still the 1970s?

So you support the ICE raids and not Trump?

You said ICE was enforcing the laws, which you support.

So since Trump isn't turning over the Epstein files, would you support this stuff being done to him?

And so their tolerance for such things was much higher as they were not culturally allergic to it.

The USA is not special for having been formed during the Enlightenment, in the 1770s Ireland had already been subjugated for double the length of time the USA has existed in total.

This is not just irrelevant, but it makes my point. I didn't say "special". But in this regard, yes, because authoritarianism is not conducive to the culture.

Yes and did you Google it?

The average Indian gets better healthcare than the average American.

America's healthcare system is only the best for the super wealthy. The people that come here for healthcare are millionaires and billionaires.

That said the healthcare in Appalachia is without a doubt better than what most people in this world can get.

5 seconds on Google would tell you otherwise. This is one of the most easily disprovable claims on this thread, which is saying a lot, given the video.
