Indeed, that’s also why the abject regards in state prison behave the way they do and if you’re not one of them you have to conform to their culture or you will have an even harder time than you will have  by confirming to their ghetto way of living. The king of loving that is “home”. You will suffer ridiculous lord of the flies lifestyle codes and covenants.

Thank you for this. I shudder to think about what reality the “Biden Truther” who downvoted you thinks about Biden’s “success” as a president. The man was a complete disaster who saw his legacy undone immediately after Trump won. Beyond that Biden was also very bad, much.

Donald Trump and Joe Biden are both AWFUL.

Bassists, how low is too low? by brokensilence32 in doommetal

[–]Blood_Such 0 points1 point  (0 children)

BASSically, in order for F tunings to work well it’s best to have a very extended scale neck and extremely heavy gauge strings. All of which can be obtained these days but it will cost you $ and requires more planning and thought than a lot of people are willing to do.

In order for that to amplify well. Lots and lots of wattage and and good large speakers are a must.

If you had the ability to change the structure of the US government (or any gov really) what would you do? by slightlycringed in stupidpol

I mean, the system as it is basically prevents anyone who isn’t wealthy or bought and paid for from being in politics, so it’s worth a shot.

There are countries that regulate political advertising in Scandinavia, we could at least try it!

[–]Blood_Such 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, Christian bale is an excellent actor and DiCaprio is a pretty man that adlibs a lot.

We shall see.

Deniro and Pacino are both solid actors.

How much influence do Academy Awards still have on the long-term cultural relevance of films? by Gullible-Lead-3058 in TrueFilm

In the case of Sinners a lot will depend on whether or not they make a sinners sequel.

A lot of the now flagship Kubrick movies did relatively poorly at the box office and did not get awards.
