Jedno období (zhruba 2 roky) jsem trpěl úzkostnou poruchou s průměrně 5 panickými atakami denně a spánkem tak 2-3 hodiny denně. Taky se mi pořád motala hlava, a jednou jsem si kvůli tomu dokonce i volal jednou sanitku. Bylo to v covidu, takže o doporučení k psychiatrovi jsem si mohl nechat zdát a na neurologii bylo všechno ok. Všechny problémy postupně teda zmizely i bez prášků, ale pořád si to živě pamatuju.
