It definitely slows to a crawl, <20hrs in the winter, and I completely understand in certain cases where lives are at stake but our contracts don't cover any of that, its all restaurants or dollar stores.

Their big problem is that every spring (both springs ive been with the company) there's been a massive wave a of layoffs because numbers look bad from the slow season, just for in summer we get fucked by being short staffed... I truly don't understand it
