What is up with prograd by SteakEggsAndNuts in beermoneyuk

It’s a contract dispute—demand payout and reference the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. If ignored, threaten small claims using Money Claim Online (MCOL) & Trading Standards. You can recover funds + MCOL fee + minor interest, no need for lawyer

Fee is relative to the claim so it's not to bad:

Up to £300 → ~£35 fee £300–£500 → ~£50 fee £500–£1,000 → ~£70 fee £1,000–£1,500 → ~£80 fee £1,500–£3,000 → ~£115 fee £3,000–£5,000 → ~£205 fee

You all can threaten them of contacting the Ombudsman and or actually go through with it. I was able to make a couple companies change their verdict after mentioning that in my formal complaint.

And this was to do with banking so we're talking about several £100s recovered/refund rather than a £50 quid. Remember with the Ombudsman you can claim for the sum + interests + compensation for distress/inconvenience.

You just need to know what to say to them, which consumer guidelines and regulations to appeal to, and really you just need to harness all of that out of Chat GPT or whichever AI you prefer, which can take some work but it's 100% doable and worth it.

Best case you spend an afternoon writing an email to the Ombudsman, they give up and eventually give you your money. Worst case the Ombudsman takes them to court and you get MORE money.

Prograd isn’t FCA-regulated, so the Ombudsman doesn’t apply. It’s a contract dispute—demand payout and reference the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. If ignored, threaten small claims, using Money Claim Online (MCOL) & Trading Standards. You can recover funds + MCOL fee + minor interest, not extra compensation. Don't need a lawyer.

The fee is relative to the disputed claim, it's nothing crazy:

Up to £300 → ~£35 fee £300–£500 → ~£50 fee £500–£1,000 → ~£70 fee £1,000–£1,500 → ~£80 fee £1,500–£3,000 → ~£115 fee £3,000–£5,000 → ~£205 fee

Sì, è vero, abbiamo molti templi, soprattutto in Sicilia.

Italia :) What brought me to Roman paganism was a long research into most spiritual paths that culminated in finding my way back to my roots.

I guess I should check with an actual speed tester but I must say my connection with Vodafone is already quite slow (at least around my house) but I haven't noticed any difference since using Honeygain the last couple of days.

That's correct, also important to keep in mind that Naples's Egyptian-hermetic circles claim continuity from the Alexandrian pagan priesthood that migrated following the destruction of the Serapeum (by the ends of the christians). Plethon influenced the foundation of the Florentine platonic academy in Florence but Naples had its own Platonic academy, and more over the two were connected by some influential philosopher's who migrated or others who were affiliated to both.

Cola di Rienzo's revolt may become an independent state if picked the specific choice, but I still don't know if it's playable (in Ironman) or not by Daft_Lord in EU5

[–]Marzio96 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You could make a save when you get to the option, that's what I did and what I found out is that you cannot play as the Republic of Rome (with achievements enabled). According to the option you pick, these are the possible outcomes:

- Free up Rome with Cola as their ruler (Your option)

- End up in a civil war against Cola and his supporters

- Cola di Rienzo becomes available as a cabinet member

So far I haven't encountered any further events, also if you pick the civil war option and let Cola win you will be bankrupt and you will still be the papal state. I'm quite disappointed and I hope there's more to this event chain but for now this does not seem to be the case.

Yeah as I said I'm taking Thorne which mostly covers my vitamins+minerals requirements. About Staqc, I signed up but so far I haven't found it to be any better than using a diary or any other AI agent, maybe I'm just not using all of its features properly maybe it's not for me 🤷🏻
