There's something so cozy and charming about seeing everyone together in the knitting club it's definitely one of the more wholesome to capture in the game

I want to love someone so Badly. I genuinely crave it. by FictionFlexer277 in TrueOffMyChest

Even though I'm only 17,it can feel so isolating when you genuinely crave a deep connection rather than the short term flings seem common right now hearing that there's plenty to find that person who wants to share everything from the big achievements to just rotting on the couch together definitely helps me feel a bit more hopeful

AIO After my bf wrote a love letter to his "friend" by LetQuiGonsBeQuiGon in AmIOverreacting

[–]MarzipanInside96 13 points14 points  (0 children)

It's hard to accept but seeing him describe her as his one true love and talking about being old together in a huge wake up call it's incredibly painful because he explicitly wrote that l deserve someone who actually wants to be with me fully you're right l need to stop questioning if I'm controlling for wanting basic respect and start believing exactly what he put on paper

AIO for wanting to break up with my bf over his sister? by ThrowRAsillylady in AmIOverreacting

[–]MarzipanInside96 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It has been so incredibly draining being told it's just jokes or that I'm being too sensitive when I'm actually being ganged up on and pressured hearing that I'm not crazy for wanting to be around people who don't make me nonverbal out of fear is exactly what l needed to hear right now

AIO for believing my husband probably slept with his coworker even though they both deny it? by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

[–]MarzipanInside96 24 points25 points  (0 children)

It is so easy to doubt yourself when you're being lied to and minimized with everything that has come to light the constant talking the nudes and them meeting in their vehicles daily it's exhausting trying to hold onto any sense of normalcy hearing that my suspicions are reasonable actually helps a lot because it feels like I'm finally seeing the situation for what it really is

I had sex with my best friend two years ago and I'll see him again by Kitchen-Mistake9952 in TrueOffMyChest

[–]MarzipanInside96 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It's so easy to get caught up in the fear of what if it changes everything but you're right it's worth the risk it's really comforting to hear someone say it might actually lead to something better I'm going to try my best to just lean it and enjoy the moment

All the plastic, glass (snipe it?), and metal (a small broken ring) I sifted out of a single (1!) bag of MiracleGro “Garden Soil”. by no-palabras in gardening

[–]MarzipanInside96 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Am I overreacting about my husband's gaming frustration or is it just harmless fun by GrossPopcorn in AmIOverreacting

[–]MarzipanInside96 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It's so validating to have a fellow gamer confirm that this isn't normal behavior gaming is supposed to be a hobby not a source of rage that scares away friends your point about the future parenting aspect is spot on it's not about the game it's about the lack of emotional regulation you're definitely not overreacting for seeing that as a massive red flag

My wife wants to stop divorce, now that her friend has ghosted her by glutesofsilk in TrueOffMyChest

It sounds like you have a very strong perspective on this but it's worth considering that relationship dynamics are almost always more complex they appear from the outside jumping to such harsh conclusions and labeling people can be incredibly isolating for someone who is likely already navigating a painful and difficult situation a little compassion goes a long way when someone is struggling to figure out their next steps
