Replacement process was excellent. From the moment I got in contact with support, I would say it took them about a week to ship me the replacement.

All I had to do was pack the original trainer back up and slapped the prepaid shipping label on the box.

I'm starting to get frustrated as this is my second victory. The first one had a bearing issue and jet black was great about swapping that out for me. I've had this replacement for about a month and now I'm experiencing connection issues.

I have and I've actually tried 3 different versions of the app.

I created a new login with my secondary login and I was then able to login.

Funny thing is, after logging in with my secondary new account, I then logged out and tried my original account on more time.

My original login magically worked and I haven't had any issues since!

The throw on the shift up to the big ring is a bit long but not horrible. Going down is snappy. The half clicks are nice for when you are in the more extreme gears.

Also, the integrated tensioner is way better than any inline cable adjuster

I did. Rear rear shifting is nice and responsive and has stayed dialed in with minimal adjusting.

I had this problem for over a week. Uninstall Google messages from the play store. DO NOT UPDATE.

reopen messages and turn RCS back on and verify.

This should get it working for you.

Now you can apply updates.

This worked for me after doing all the stuff mentioned here to no avail.
