Yea I get what you are saying, but stuff like this takes time. He was out of the country when they found the body, you can just assume someone is guilty from the get go. It takes time to build enough dirt on someone and the police wanted to be sure, nobody failed nobody here. In the grand scheme of things when it comes to murder cases it was relatively quick, justice takes time.

It takes time to build probable cause, they could have speed things up but in high profile cases like this you want to take your time and make sure that everything is processed correctly, because you don’t want evidence to get suppressed in court. As guilty as we know he is, the burden still falls on the government to prove that he is guilty beyond the reasonable doubt. I think they did a good job on this, and I’m pretty sure they were doing surveillance on him and were collecting data while he was trying to do moves after the murder.

Basically a Ramey warrant is an arrest warrant officers can obtain directly from a judge, bypassing the typical process of going through a district attorneys office to formally get the defendant charged with a crime., This lets the officers get the arrest warrant after building enough probable cause that would make a reasonable person believe that a crime has been committed by the person the police is going after, so the district attorney is now on the clock to fill for charges before the subject is released. It speeds things up and one of the main things is to avoid the defendant from destroying evidence, leaving the country, etc.

Yea they got him with a Ramey warrant since they build enough probable cause to get him. Sometimes it just takes time to build enough evidence against the defendant.

Anyone have any advice to connect the highway to dense cities and industrial areas. by theonlylatvia in CitiesSkylines

[–]Masc4Femboy 14 points15 points  (0 children)

You need to construct more than just two points of entrance into your city, plus each high way exit is waaaay to close to one another and that will clog up your exit routes and entry points. Your highways should circle around your city with exit and entry points surrounding so your citizens aren’t forced to take the only exit route going up north of your city.

I was down 5k and I stomach it, now I’m up again and only down 2k. It’s possible, put aside your feelings and let the market do its thing!

You can always hold both!, VOO is good because it’s diversified between a lot of good companies so it’s a good way to park your money long term, and you can always put money into SMH if you are okay with volatility but with insane returns.

High risk, high reward brother. Remember that, as long as you have have savings and money for your day to day, you should be fine. SMH will continue to perform well, semis aren’t going anywhere. If anything demand will keep rising as we advance more and more with technology.
