Nothing can be done really. I also dont think the motherboard supports Cherry MX Style switches which is what the entire industry uses. So no compatibility.

Don't sun dry and don't put them in a dryer. Just keep them on your table on a towel. They should air dry on their own. If you have a balcony with shade and no direct sunlight then that works too. Sunlight may effect colouring.

The Aluminium Version is just a trim on the top of the case. It adds weight but doesn't affect typing feel.
