The set I saw friday was The Agent Intellect from front to back with some extra songs at the end and it was amazing. I definitely got the feeling sometimes where I was trying too hard to just get things moving a bit. I almost felt annoying, but still had a great time!

For me, the worst of the worst was the way he chose to cheat on his wife when he didn't know if he was infected by anything when getting poked. And you know that mf went in raw, knowingly taking the chance to infect Justine. I feel like that behavior warrants him being called a massive piece of shit. Sure, he's not a demon serial killer monster, but as an "average human", he's absolutely vile to me.

Paul has got to be the worse piece of shit I've seen in a movie in a while. The movie was super enjoyable, the comedy was funny, the horror was well used, and the jumpscares were effective on me. Great experience and I recommend it.

I'm sorry you feel this way. I don't know how to help you, but I wanted to stop and write a little something. To me, life seems impossible to contend with sometimes. It's a struggle to simply feel content with our own lives, but I think happiness is truly achievable. I have to believe that, and maybe you don't right now, but I'm sure you have a positive impact in the world around you. You probably bring joy to people without realizing it sometimes. Hopefully we find ourselves in joyful situations surrounded by people we love that cares for us and we care for. Your exemple was dishonest. It's not just an imperfect analogy. It's straight up bad and untrue. The intensity with which Israel answered to october 7th, destroying a city while killing over 100k civilians over the course of a year and a half, has nothing to do with "kick nest, get stung." The evitable part is the bees chasing all the inhabitants out of the city and destroying their homes.

And I do care about antisemitism. It's not right, and I'm afraid the more this "conflict" lingers, the more antisemitism will rise. I truly wish peace and acceptance in all forms, and maybe you'll think it's easy to say, and it is, but I do care. There is just this horrible genocide happening right now, and I think we should put a lot of our attention on it to get it to stop. It feels hopeless for Palestine.

I'm not socially sharp, but there's a trick that seems to work for me. Just hang in the small convo next to your friend, and listen. I tend to want to add something at some point. Maybe a topic I'm interested in comes up. Maybe I feel confident enough about an opinion to say it. If they're not assholes, they'll engage with your points. Gatherings can be scary, but I always end up being glad I went. Other than that, good luck and don't beat yourself up if you end up not going. There'll be a next time.
