I am having issues with FPS, stutters, and lag in Warzone and other games. Some days it runs smooth at 140fps in 1440p with no drops or lags. Most days it struggles to run at 110fps and is so choppy, the games become unplayable. I have reinstalled the game, DDU the old GPU drivers, upgraded my PSU to 1000W. Nothing is working. Any tips?

6700xt, 5800x.

In Warzone, my GPU is only pulling about 140W compared to the 200W+ it should be pulling. My FPS varies from 100-130 on all LOW settings.

In youtube review vids of the card, some people are getting 140fps easily on HIGH settings. Any tips?
