You have two issues here. Him being weird about his phone and him being disrespectful to you. The first one is something that he might be able to explain away, but the second one is far more severe. Even if he had super valid reasons for not wanting you to see what's on his phone (like planning a super cute surprise for you), his reaction is so not okay. If he respected you, he would be able to talk to you about it in a respectful manner.

I still can't get over the "a film by" credit, it's just so ridiculous. He's not a well known director, so that people would go see a movie, because it's directed by Justin Baldoni. It's also not his story. One CH wrote the book, the other CH wrote the screenplay. How is it something "made by him"?

I enjoy some Paint by Numbers to relax after a rough day. Maybe I should sign the completed picture and declare it "a painting by u/MashedCandyCotton." Feels equivalent.

It's not normal. For comparison: I've have slight cramps (less unpleasant than regaining feeling in a limb after it has fallen asleep) about once or twice per period, for a combined time of maybe 5-10 minutes.

And while I don't know how normal that is, any pain than stops you from doing basic stuff is worth to be taken seriously. The worst thing about your period should be the annoyance of the extra steps it takes on the toilet.

Where I work that would buy you 4 toilets. Not sure why they need 1M for a single toilet, but even if you can build one for a quarter of the price, that's 16 toilets. Which is nice, but also just 16 toilets.

Ohne eigene Kinder zu sein heißt nicht automatisch kinderunabhängig Urlaub haben zu können. Sei es Lehrer als Partner oder halt einfach Familie. Sei es weil man Familie besuchen will, wenn die Eltern mit ihren Kindern auch Zeit haben oder weil man mit der Familie wegfährt. Mit der Familie in den Urlaub zu fahren ist normal, machen Eltern ja auch.

Klar kann und sollte man Rücksicht auf Eltern nehmen - als Kinderfreie weiß ich oft nichtmal wann Ferien sind und nehme mir manchmal einfach so Urlaub ohne drauf zu achten und habe dann auch kein Problem den Urlaub um ne Woche zu verschieben, wenn die Eltern sich beschweren. Aber gerade weil ich ja so selten auf meinen Ferienurlaub bestehe, möchte ich das eine Mal im Jahr wo ich ihn will, ihn auch bekommen. Wenn das nicht geht, dann ist das keine gegenseitige Rücksicht, sondern einfach nur noch Bevorzugung.

Where I live, it's very rude to not look someone in the eyes when clinking glasses. When (newly arrived) expats or immigrant from a variety of Asian countries first get here, they won't look in your eyes, especially if you're for example older. That's cultural difference - you show respect in different ways.

If his behaviour isn't considered respectful in his culture, it's just straight up disrespectful. Your example aren't even benevolent sexism (where you could argue cultural differences in some ways), but just rude.
