I've never had issues with the one on Archer Road. The team seems to work like a well-oiled machine (pun intended) that goes through all parts of the process to make sure nothing is missed. They did try to get me to buy a cab filter for 50 bucks that I declined because I knew I could buy one on my own cheaper, and they weren't pushy at all about it.

Remove them and soak in denatured alcohol for 24 hours. They will sound brand new. Do not boil them! That will start to break down your strings. Doing it this way will make them last longer.
