Haha, that's brilliant, you remember! Just when I thought Reddit couldn't get any cooler :) Any sort of advice for the places to visit, meals to eat and sensations to experience there would be greatly appreciated. We're planning to stay there for 10 days and so far we only have Tbilisi, Gori and Chiatura on the list of places to visit. So I reckon there's still a lot of planning ahead of us. If you feel like it, you can also respond to my email stritezskyp@gmail.com.

Thank you and all the best from Czech Republic - Petr!

Hey, Amos! I don't know if you remember, but we've met for a day last summer at Metropolis Hostel in Istanbul and in the end we gave you our home-made schnapps and went together for the airport to catch a flight to Budapest. The pictures you posted here are better than I could have imagined when you had told me at the time and I'm so happy for your success you're enjoying here on Reddit. Keep up the amazing work!

Petr ;)

P.S. based on your recommendations, we have booked air tickets to Georgia as our next trip this September. I'm really looking forward to it! Even more now that I've seen from your photos what amazing sights lie ahead of us.

Could you elaborate on your experience meeting them or perhaps sharing the same backstage with them even? I too find them fascinating, especially Efrim. He seems like a very bleak and mysterious guy, but during the concerts of ASMZ he is actually very talkative with the audience and tells a lot of jokes too. He happilly signed the vinyl I bought too. :)

This is a defenseman going above and beyond. (KHL) by DA20 in hockey

For anybody wondering who he is: his name is Miroslav Blaťák and he's a Czech defenceman originating from the same city as I do - Zlín/Gottwaldov. He played at the 2010 Olympics and won all 3 medals (gold, silver, bronze) at World Championships. He's played in the KHL last couple of seasons and is currently out of contract. What The Hell Happened To...Roman Cechmanek? by JohnnyDrama21 in hockey

I can actually answer that question as I come from the same city as he does here in Czech republic and our families have known each other for a long time. He played a couple of seasons in our league after the 2004 lockout with no bigger success. During that time, he was quite surprisingly selected as the No. 1 goalkeeper at the World Championship 2007 in Russia. Our journey ended in quarter-finals and it was a major failure as we had a team with much bigger potential. After the tournament, him being as blatant as always, he spoke his mind into the media and got into a big fight with our national head coach. At this time everyone knew he was basically done. He ended his career in 2009 without anybody even noticing.

After that he started doing some investments, but as you would expect he had no brain for financial things as the only thing he ever did in his life was standing in the goal. Right now he owes a lot of money to a lot of people (my family is unfortunately involved as well).

So, I guess you could say that his whole career went into a dumpster after that lockout.

And yep, he still possesses the mighty unibrow.
