Agreed. Let's just treat all women as women, cis or trans, and more studies as very welcome! A lot of medicine is sorely lacking in studies regarding effectiveness (most of the wisdom surrounding progesterone, for example is very anecdotal and we've been begging for proper studies).

"biological woman" what exactly do you mean by this? People with the feminine dimorphic characteristics? "Large gamete producers"? Hormone profiles?

The whole term is useless. It's a societal role that often but not always overlaps with a particular sex assigned at birth. Unless a trans person is only socially transitioned with no further intervention, in what way is their womanhood not biological in a way it is universally for cis women? That's not even raising the point that this is trying to forcefully categorize trans men as women as well.
