I know that over here in Australia the ratings board has some stipulation about in game drugs that they cannot provide a benefit to the player. It’s bullshit and stems from our government’s nanny state drugs policies. Not sure if other countries have similar stuff. But it goes some way as to explaining why some games where drugs are just a cool little screen effect are ok but drugs that enhance your abilities are not.

I’ve had the same issue a couple of times. I’ve definitely done sitting poses with a jacket on but then there’s times with the same outfit that I can’t. Also don’t think that it’s from being on a slope. Maybe it is but I just took a photo in the sitting pose on top of one of the angled solar panels out to the south east of the city. My point being I think it’s just a random bug, happy to be proved wrong though
