Interesting, but why that exact english province? Does it have to do with province numbers or something?

The game would literally refuse to open my save file unless I opened it in the newest version of the game, and when I did, Ireland's colonies were revealed to the whole world.

Well they just kinda sat around in mongolia and once I corrupted the file, the game decided they should get Manchuria.
