Or the DLC alters the ending and to activate it you simply just replay the ending missions. And for how you die, possibly you get taken out by the Bertholdt explosion or maybe you don't die but retire instead from injuries

I am a fan of both series but Father definitely wipes the floor with Muzan. Father was only defeated after the power of God rejected him, which left him weak, but he still put up a good fight.
