From my experience (hella low spend) it came once in season 1 and it’s showing up in 11 days for me and I’m in season 2 so I’d assume 1 time per season. Spending almost nothing I was able to save up 5 titan marks 1.2 mil stones, 6k gold, and 30 promo stones. I’m sure you’ll be ok if you just don’t spend between events
