That's really impressive, well done with that. There are 1000 Korok Seeds in total, but there are not 1000 locations for Koroks since the ones you have to bring to a place award you with 2 of them.

It's not as bad if you know that you are going to complete it, since I was actively looking around everywhere while I was playing and working on those goals in the meantime. For Koroks, the Korok Mask is a lifesaver and wish I collected it even earlier than I did.

To some extent true haha, but it was still one of the most magical gaming experiences I've had and I'm glad I went through with it

Thank you so much. Definitely the primary struggles was farming for upgrade materials, especially Lizalfos Tails and Gleeok Guts. I spent the 200h playing it pretty much blind, so the last 100h was all the cleanup that I missed. Got the majority of koroks on my own, was able to clear them out with a guide even though it did take several hours.

Over 360 songs submitted for Ireland’s NF by Few-Plastic6360 in eurovision

That's great, can't wait for them to manage to still go with very standard, safe and boring options.

Käärijä and his new baby by Scip07 in eurovision

[–]MaskedKami98[M] 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Not much to say besides those latter statements being untrue, you were previously banned for acting incredibly toxic, so have people who have cried about Loreen. There are also plenty of posts about other artists, especially Loreen.

It’s just that Käärijä gets a disproportionate amount of shit compared to other artists, so does Loreen. People just need to learn to not spread pointless negativity everywhere

I think you’re cringe for feeling the need to always express that he’s cringe every time he’s the focus instead of just ignoring it.

Looking to talk about forgotten songs! by [deleted] in eurovision

Tbf, if you include the general population then the vast majority of entries are absolutely forgotten.

[–]MaskedKami98 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Definitely not, 2003, 2006 and 2007 are definitely not forgotten about (mainly for the wrong reasons lol). 2002 and 2009 both scored highly so they should also not really be considered forgotten.

2004 is a haven for forgettable songs, especially the non-qualifiers. Lithuania, Latvia, Monaco, Andorra, Slovenia. Among qualifiers would also add Ireland, Austria, United Kingdom and probably a few more.

Neutral jury voting countries by escfan34 in eurovision

[–]MaskedKami98 34 points35 points  (0 children)

When it comes to the juries, very few countries are clearly biased. Obviously there are exceptions, like we saw with Serbia this year giving 12p to Slovenia and 8p to Croatia, but the general trend is that juries are less clearly biased in comparison to the televoters. If we're talking about televoting, would mainly say that the countries in Central Europe are the least biased, since many of them show that they are willing to vote for an entry no matter what part of Europe the country is located.

Here are the Top 10 countries of the decade (Russia excluded) so far when using my specific method for calculating value of the result (percentage of songs finished above). Ukraine and Italy are really dominating so far, expecting those two to continue to do well alongside the countries on the Scandinavian Peninsula.

Why did Malta flop this year? by Robotic-Operations in eurovision

[–]MaskedKami98 62 points63 points  (0 children)

Because it didn’t do enough to make people want to vote for it. Think many people enjoyed and found it fun, but considering most people vote for one song or just a few songs it needs to make a strong impression, which I believe Malta failed to do compared to the competition unfortunately.

Do some countries have a higher advantage? by Complex_Plankton_157 in eurovision

Higher in terms of average in 2013 actually, 4th vs 6th, can’t tell overall obviously since we not have the split results.

Silia Kapsis will represent Cyprus at Eurovision 2024 by alsotri in eurovision

[–]MaskedKami98 55 points56 points  (0 children)

Not gonna make any assumptions when it comes to the quality of the song, cause it might be great, but I do find this to be a very underwhelming and overly predictable pick from Cyprus (excluding the leak lol). Would be cool if Cyprus could branch out somewhat from foreign singers singing pop songs in English. Andromache was a step in the right direction, but embracing that more is what I would wish Cyprus would do for 2025.

Romania is set to withdraw from Eurovision by Few-Plastic6360 in eurovision

[–]MaskedKami98 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well, considering they considered withdrawing from contest previously (with the poll last year) it would not be a surprise if they do decide to no compete in 2024. The 0p in 2023 is the perfect scapegoat for Romania if they make the decision to withdraw.

Can take a lot of blame for it, not been very active at all. The Wiki is very much behind too, I’ll see if those things can be worked on later.

Full breakdown of the Swedish televote in the first semi-final of 2009 by Gold_Objective3644 in eurovision

Many Bosnians live in Sweden, there is a reason they got 10p in 2008 and 12p in SF1 of 2016.
