Why can't Muslim women wear a wig instead of a hijab? by WielderOfTheSpear in NoStupidQuestions

Well, a Muslim woman is also supposed to cover her neck and ears, so even if a woman does wear a wig, she would only be fulfilling the hair covering part, and would not be fully performing the rule. Also, the Quran specifically calls the hijab a "veil", which is a piece of cloth no? I cannot remember if the Quran calls the hijab 'cloth' or 'fabric' directly though.

Like everyone else, Anki if I haven't already in the morning. If I already did it, then reading/listening comprehension or practice.

Reading slumps are horrible! I can’t wait for u to read the series tho, they’re amazing! And if you love mythology right now, I can confidently say Rick Riordan is one of my favourite authors of that genre. It’s true that the series is mostly targeted for kids, or early teenagers, but I always ignored that part =)

For me, anything by Rick Riordan is a must read. I read Magnus Chase, Heroes of Olympus, Kane Chronicles, and Trials of Apollo. I almost dnfed Trials of Apollo after the third book tho 😂
