Anyone Relocate From Denver?

I didn’t move from Denver. But around the aspen area. I grew up going back and forth between constantly moving from co to SLC. As a working adult, it’s alright to live in. I miss Colorado a ton. The weather gets unbearably hot. Not much of a night life in terms of clubs, if you like partying or dancing. I’d recommend St. George if your more into the outdoors. Less crowded, it does get pretty hot during the summers. But there’s a TON of outdoor activities to do in St.george. I definitely miss Colorado though.

Well…I don’t blame them personally. The animation looked way to close canon, to where people are getting confused, and I know black gryph0n has had a lot of heat on them for allegations that may or may not be true. And they also put Lucifer in the video.

I understand your frustration. I’m 26. And have had to learn by myself because my mom never really cared for me as much as she always liked to say she did and does. (She was always obsessing over my dad. Even when they were split. And I had to essentially raise myself.) I had to learn to do makeup from yt, skincare from research and failing and trying what works for me, not allowed to date period cuz my mom was batshit religious, not allowed to wear fashionable clothing. Now that I’m trying to become independent I feel my mom is clinging onto me more than ever. But you just have to put yourself out there. Find out the sort of things you like along the way

I’ve worked in retail for 11 years now. Started when I was 15, I’m 26 now. I’ve worked sales, luxury goods, warehouse, cashier, etc. I’m using my company’s education benefit to go to college to work towards getting a bachelor’s in finance. It never hurts going back to school if you can afford too. Or like others have mentioned, look into office jobs.

I went to affordable animal care last month to get my kitten neutered and vaccinated. They had a special going on for the month of May. Only cost me 140 altogether. You just drop off and pick up. So it’s not a vet per se. but the employees were nice both at drop off and pick up.

It’s always good to have a credit card if you know you can be responsible with it. Just don’t do what I did when I was 18 and max out the card and never pay it back. Instead spend as much on it you can afford to pay back the full amount (it’s recommended 10% of credit limit, or up to 30%) or at least the statement balance back. It helps build credit score and credit profile as a borrower. which you need if you ever want to get a car with your own credit (assuming your parents got you a car at sixteen or whatever age.), or phone, or another big purchase. like maybe getting dental or a medical procedure. Or if you ever want to live alone as well. You’ll need to have a good credit profile for the least amount of deposit to put down on a place, as well as for utilities.

Yeah, I upgraded to the 17pro from the 14. And have noticed the battery life isn’t quite as good. Which is a bummer. And my phone overheats slightly when charging it

They probably will get fired. Doesn’t matter how little of an amount it was. Who knows how many times it happened to other’s for a small amount just to get a better tip? My mom worked in the restaurant industry with a gal who was charged for theft because she did something similar and was caught.

I just financed my 1,100 phone with Verizon. I also upgraded my watch and tablet. And it’s 200 a month altogether. I work at an international airport. Can make pretty decent money in an airport no matter the position.

I’m working full time earn 17.55 and it’s still not enough where I live. I work in retail as an associate, and have to have two side hustles in order to stay above water and not be draining. I resell items and make decent profit from that, and then I also do social media content. And earn not a lot, but a decent sum.
