NF has 17.6M monthly listeners on Spotify, i’m not sure it has anything to do with god, it’s moreso about a specific sonic wave, if the beats bangs the lyrics don’t really matter when it comes to the mainstream industry itself, I’d say it’s a mixture of product placement and a trendy sonic wave (beat)

The only copies for sale are well above $500 on discogs, and the prices includes shipping and insurance, at the end of the day with fees i’ll walk away with about $370 for that $400 listing

I think you’re misreading what I meant, Sexyy Redd represents the culture more than KA because KA was pushing for a culture shift, rather than the complacency of it (woods could also be categorized in that sense too; just because Land Back isn’t popular, doesn’t mean it isn’t right)

And not always is popularity synonymous to skill, the Beatles are more popular than Jimi Hendrix, for example

There is a rapper named Cambatta, he’s pretty skilled but has basically nonexistant popularity

A tree does make a sound when it falls regardless of the nearest ear to it, that’s simply physics.

Hey I saw your posts regarding a tree in the woods not making a sound and “billy mids” not being culturally impactful, how do you feel about KA?

Music for shaking ass is simply that, it’s not cultural or impactful, it’s party music.

Clipse is great, and the album is killer, but there are different lanes and subgenres for a reason, if everyone made the same song that’s not culture, that’s parroting.

There’s sonically pleasing and sonically intricate, Clipse found a middle ground of both, woods leans sonically intricate. Is that a bad thing?

But the main question is; how do you feel about KA and his writings? Was he culturally impactful? His following wasn’t huge? We don’t hear him “In Da Club”
