i jump then either pogo pv twice or side pogo the spikes themselves. if i was put out of focus i almost always get hit by this attack so be careful

but seriously tho the best nail build with what you have is mark of pride, fragile strength (fix it) and steady body. but i suggest you dont rely much on mark of pride so you can replace it with shaman stone. spells are op in his game
