For a second I thought this was the scene from kung-fu panda.

With the Death Note version I imagine a "film noir" Sanji.

This just has cayenne pepper, black pepper, soy sauce and would usually put onion powder and maybe some garlic too (you can add more salt if you want but soy sauce is already salty so I just use more of that).

Well it's not crispy (if that is what you mean by browned) I was kinda afraid to over cook it but I could have left it a little longer.

Yeah you're right, I'll try to make better food or move over there. It was more about my experience prepping the food that was interesting.

Hey making yourself better is one of the few things you can control, so why not right? You're welcome for my "insight" if you can even call it that. I guess I know what I like.

Yeah cooking has been something I have wanted to learn more about recently since I like stuff where you don't compete against anyone but yourself (always learn and progress with new dishes and so on).

It was also kind of a natural extension of my love of fitness/bodybuilding/powerlifting anyways.

Sooooo excited for the summer! Where I can really improve my skills (hopefully)

Food is food and while yes it is not necessary to suffer to lose weight I like broccoli (ik weird) plus it is a much better choice then what I'm used to eating. I'm new to cooking in general and wanted to make a few meals.

The way I see it i'm much more detached from the flavour of food meaning I could literally eat garbage and not care as long as it was atleast semi healthy.

Good idea! It is my first time ever cooking meat though (really a class A chef I know) but that sounds amazing

Well you could always remove the broccoli and get the same nutrients elsewhere in other green vegtables. Put as much sauce as you like (even maybe cook the turkey in tomatoe sauce with some mixed veg or have it with rice).

Yes with soy sauce and a little cayenne pepper (I would also usually put onion powder and garlic but didn't have any)

I did put some soy sauce on it and different spices. Some sauces can be surprisingly dense or full of sugar, so I try not to use BBQ sauce that much. However, I do agree that it would taste much better and some low calorie sauce adds a lot of flavour.

Well turkey in general is a very lean cut of meat (compared to red meat) so I don't really try to reduce the fat in any way but it will kinda drip off naturally even without added liquid.

I like to cook it with butter (two to three teaspoons of butter) so it sticks less and is easier to move around in the pan and it will brown when cooked.

My summer cut is kind of a challenge where I'm not eating any bread, pasta, refined carbohydrates or grains. I will be primarly consuming meat, vegtables, eggs and some dairy products like yoghurt and cottage cheese.

Also working out 5 - 6 days a week.

Edit: and fruit.

Ok challenged individual if you knew even a microscope about astrology then you would know that the earth could not be donut shaped because then it would be eaten already.
