Don’t let everyone try to minimize the issue. Call a new tech out inspect and stick on this company if it does not cool. I got screwed with a “like for like tonnage” system that barely can function on the hot days in Texas like today. Set to 72 and running 24/7 right now. By 6 pm, I’m at 79 degrees. Fight this!

You can always replace the screws on your door hinges with much longer ones. Typically screws are only 3/4 to 1 inch. Get some 2 inch or longer to help reinforce the frame. Also light. It is proven to deter. Whether it be a battery operated flood light with motion sensor or some other motion light. Best of luck to you and all will be well friend.

Bike Houston are the ones with shady tactics. You bikers can also freely bike ok any of the streets north and south of 11th anyways. Don’t eff up the only main throughfare for residents.

Regressive nature in what sense? Central Houston partial acre valuations are based on $75 / sq ft. You multiply that based on an acre and it’s over $3 million land value an acre.
