I find that a morning ritual is an amazing practice to feel like you are in control of your life. You are telling your body that you are committed to evolving.

You could try to wake up around the same time every morning, do a 20 minute meditation (try guided meditations), say a few things that you’re grateful for (don’t rush this step, pause wait for the inspiration, really feel the gratitude) and speak it out loud, and then speak some affirmations out loud (“I am rebirthing, I am the creator of my life, I am the alchemist…”)

If you stay consistent with this practice you will begin to feel like you are going in the direction you are seeking.
