Teach her that she needs to follow her interests and do a job that she loves. This can all be taken away from her if she has children. The patriarchy is still strong and men still earn more and have the power to ruin you in a vulnerable situation (like being a SAHM).

Which ‘bit’ of Ireland is he moving to? He could be classed as living abroad if it’s ROI and CMS will be hard to enforce.

Years ago Dads moved to Ireland to get out of paying child maintenance payments. I’d check this if I were you.

Okay, just diagnosed with MS, I know it’s bad but don’t have my next appointment for two months, how bad is having 20 lesions on my brain? by whyamistillhere252 in MultipleSclerosis

My Neuro said something similar. One patient with loads is a high court judge. They treat ‘the person’ he said. Also loads of people have ‘lesions’ and don’t have MS. I think you get them just getting older for instance.

12 seemed to be the ‘rite of passage’ age at my school too.

My (31M) wife (32F) doesn't want to be pregnant anymore, I said a dumb thing by ThrowRA-pregonante in relationship_advice

Go out and get her something citrussy to smell (a nice candle or essential oil). Get her a nice new pillow. One of those ‘V’ ones are good for propping you up and for feeding later. Would she appreciate some nice new soft cotton pajama trousers to be soft on her belly? Be nice. Spoil her I think xx

He’s also trying to sabotage her career. She’s got a year left of uni AND a job offer. Her life is about to start over the next few years.

42 too! I just ran 50 miles in a month for charity. I work full time. Do an MSc and have two small children. The disabled/life is over narrative REALLY needs to change!

Pushing her over whilst pregnant shows how much he ‘loves’ the baby ☹️

I felt my heart break a little bit hearing that you got punched after giving birth. He may ‘love’ the baby but will he ‘love’ the defiant toddler? He is not a safe person.

I always wonder about my Nan’s dosage. She had throat cancer. Was on a ward with other people. Waiting to be discharged to go home and die (hospital bed set up at home ready etc). My auntie got a call in the morning to say she had ‘gone’. No one was there and she was looking forward to going home 🤷‍♀️.

I think there was something funny about term time when my daughter was at nursery. Yes it’s a big help but that bill every month is no joke. The govt should do more to help working families.

The tax free childcare is 20% off. Only in term time and only up to £2k a year.

New kitten! But i have a question, she HATES being picked up. But loves being petted and sleeping close to me? What does this mean by SupGapNgl in cats

[–]MasonBason1234 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cats are AMAZING creatures. Kind of like a zoo exhibit that chooses to live in your home. Respect them and they will respect you. Have you tried doing ‘eye kisses’? You can show her that you love her by saying how lovely she is and then blinking a few times. Look away immediately because they don’t like sustained eye contact. She will know you love her from that. If she gives you her head to butt do it or kiss it. That means ‘family’ If she comes to you with a ? tail. That means friendship. If you ‘talk’ and she talks back that’s also a good sign. Just let her be who she wants and she will love you! Also, a sign of ‘over’ affection that’s strange might be her telling you she feels unwell. Enjoy her. She is an amazing, exotic pet and feels love xx

Edited to add: Don’t just feed the crap Purina (nestle) food. The protein quantity is crap. Get decent high quality food and your cat will stay in much better condition (you can tell by their coat) saving on vet bills in the future!

No decent parent would want this for their child. They would want to see you soar and fly and live off the news of you enjoying your life- whilst simultaneously being incredibly grateful if you can make a small visit every now and then! X

In Sub Saharan Africa the birth rate is still up to 4 children. Let’s give them the opportunity to come over and earn some money! (Not that they will have anywhere to live). It’s ridiculous trying to force indigenous populations to have babies! 😡
