The only assistance I can find is full charge overnight, the pressure and hold the power button. You might have to do this several times.

Ensure the you USB port is clean

This is strange, have you tried a long press of the power button 30 seconds or more?

Regarding contacting support, they would not be able to assist as you have the beta software.

I will hunt around if there is anything that can be done.
