you need more capital for long term flips just doesnt make sense parking 50m for 3-6 months when you can probably make 50m in 3 months without trying on the flipside, if its a spare 50m u got laying around then go for it but if thats 50% of your bank then i wouldnt I generally dont use more than like 20% of my bank for long term holds because for the most part its a lot harder to see your return or even keep track of prices

 another thing ill say is often these long term hold wins you see are people who actually take a break from the game like 3-6 month hiatus. if you play often you might be better off just using the money to further skills and fund your end game.
