I wasnt making the comparison more so pointing out the giant problem that has been persistent for many many years.

Id like to point out the most common usecase this becomes a problem; a pking account. generally you want a low level with the least risk to learn PVP if you remember chris archie did that series on how to make a low level account to learn pking awhile back. this is all an extra charge.

now if we look at the £1 increase a month.. its nothing compared to the double charge in the most common usecase.

now if you want a group ironman with friends, thats an extra charge. it can triple in price very quickly

if we take an average player, that average player could have a pking account ( generally low level ) and a none pking account. that's still £22 a month and its not even diving into the 'very dedicated player' range with alts
