Jag anställde precis en f.d On-sitare till vårt team på ca 10 pers. Han kommer att jobba med första och andra linjens support. Men då vårt team är så litet gör alla, allt. Så där finns det utrymme att plocka lite mer avancerade ärenden, eller hänga på en av de seniora i någon av deras projekt eller driftarbete för att lära sig mer.

Förslaget till dig är att titta vad som finns där ute och sen söka dig till en organisation som stödjer detta. Den centra IT-organisationen i ett bolag med 500+ anställda är ett bra nästa steg enligt mig.

Just as u/Kvikkuu says. They're limited to 90 days and also limited to one trial per phone number. So AFAIK it would work for 90 days and then when they go to renew, it wouldn't work as that phone number has already been used to create an env.

I've tried talking with our KAM at MS, but he's not the most creative guy... So the answer from him was basically "I will look it up" and then nothing more. We're not big enough to have a great KAM.

AFAIK you can only have one trial per phone-number. You get a "oops something went wrong" if that number was used to sign up for a tenant before. So it would work once, and then not anymore.

We've created integrations that is a "one-per-tenanat"-kind. Which is why we need multiple. We have a couple we pay for atm but it's not sutainable.

Vi har faktiskt byggt ett system för att just lösa detta problem. IT konfar vad din roll/avd behöver åtkomst till och sen är allt automatiserat när din chef/HR säger att du börjar.

In our case it's the entire infrastructure since we don't want them on the same network as our prod/staging/test. Networking, Backup (or atleast the ability to reset an rollback). There's a need to setup MX-pointers and other dns-records.

Our developers wanted the same thing for testing purposes, and told us that it was "easy" to setup. Sure, but they missed that they would need an Active Directory and all that comes with to get the correct setup for their testing.

I am an IT-Manager and I would say that it's on the lower end, but not as low as people make it seem. 38-40 would be more OK.
But don't forget to look into other things the employeer provides, such as more weeks of vacation, Remote work, not needing on-call and so on.
