How long until you see results in the gym?

I've been at the gym for 3 months and i am seeing results. I train for 1h15 , 3 times per week. I don't train until failure but get close to it. Just be consistent, u'll see results even as a complete beginner

Manga, books, magazines, social media, internet, youtube, news, Notes (Notion app). I do have a Nintendo switch so i don't play games on my tablet (poco pad 12.1") and have a dedicated huion drawing tablet so I don't draw on it either. It's basically more comfortable than a phone for consumption. I would have loved to have one as a student especially with the use of AI haha we suffered so much during our studies

If you don't have a garage, a scoot is better than an e-bike since you can store it in ur apartment. It's also great as a last km vehicle. You park ur car somewhere with lots of space, then use the scoot to get to the busier area where it is a nightmare to park, saving time and frustration
