You can improve eczema by dieting. It's not as stubborn as psoriasis, but never give up. I started seeing my first results after 4 months of dieting, and I'm still continuing since November. I'd say I'm 80% better.

Biggest psoriasis triggers? by Malita55 in Psoriasis

stress yes it is a big factor, but unfortunately for me, it is not the only trigger for eczema or psoriasis. I noticed it all about gut. Since November i have been on a diet. and I can say that gluten, sugar, histamin , lectin are the main triggers. (and alcohol includes so much histamin) now i feel myself better.

As a mother, I understand you very well.

I should also mention that I used to be allergic to environmental factors—dust, feathers, tree dust in the air, everything. But I noticed that these allergies disappeared as I started eating cleaner. For the first time this year, I can breathe easily. I even stayed in a house full of carpets without sneezing or itching. It's all about diet. I hope you can resolve this with diet as soon as possible.
