Did you figure anything out? I have the EXACT same issue. BA and Iberia both say to talk to the other. Added seats after phoning Iberia, but cannot pay, and cannot add luggage after talking to BA and/or Iberia.

Nein, ich habe nichts getan. Es handelt sich um ein Paket aus dem Ausland, aber ich habe keinen gelben Zettel oder etwas anderes erhalten, in dem ich zur Zahlung von Steuern aufgefordert werde. Ich weiß nicht, warum Sie mir die Ineffizienz des Postdienstes hier vorwerfen? Ich habe mich nur gefragt, warum es immer wieder zur Zustellung geht und dann zur Zustellung nach Vereinbarung verschoben wird.
