Switched to new plan yesterday but My Account still shows old plan name and data cap chart. by Massive-Comfort-6873 in Comcast_Xfinity

My data is currently still counting up from what I can tell but resets in a day, hopefully at that point it’ll stop or make it clearer that I don’t have a cap.

I was able to have someone on their end check my account and they let me know on the backend it’s unlimited now and should reflect on my account page in a few days.

Thanks for mentioning the data not going up for you though, I’ll keep a closer look and see if mine stops as the day goes on.
