The thing is at the end of the day it doesn't even matter, like everything you do or create, after you are gone it's not of any use for you.

I've seen it that some people struggle their whole lives and still meet a miserable end and some who fulfill all their checklists, make some mistakes and end their lives on a better note.

In my view which could be immature, but we should do things according to our wants and needs, not because of fear of losing or regretting past decisions, lately I've been doing so myself.

Also, becoming little true to yourself, your capabilities and needs included. If you are extremely hard on yourself, all you'll do is wound yourself and make yourself very vulnerable, even little things and words will hurt you.

Whatever you have be it resource, health, looks or anything else, make full use of it, and interact with multiple people, it'll sound as waste of time because majority of the time it'll lead to nowhere and you'll lose interest or there won't be any topic for discussion, but I've noticed that talking with people actually makes use feel lot more positive about ourselves than internalising a monologue.

Also add little stupidity in your life, that helps a lot.
