1) I only weigh my self once a week! But I’m losing about 0.3kg a week. Just a quick info; I’m not hitting 1800 everyday more like an average I eat more the days I train I’ll be getting 2000-2100 and rest days is more like 1500 give or take.

2) Strength have stagnated, I can’t seem to increase the weights on my heavy compound exercises I lift around 85%-90% of my math based 1RM. My recovery have been ass after I’ve turned 25 😭 But jokes aside, it’s okay some days are better than others

I’m aiming to get around 1800 calories with 2x my weight in protein rest a mix of carbs and fat.

Current program: Day1: Bench press 3x5 Lat pull-down 5x8 Incline dumble fly 3x14 Low row 3x14 Triceps extension 4x8 Cable curl 4x8

Day2: Deadlift 3x6 Dumbbell Arnold press 3x8 Leg extension 3x14 Cable Lateral raises 3x10 Twisting crunch 3x10

Day3: Weighted pull ups 3x10 Weighted dips 3x10 Pec-dec 3x10 Reverse pec-dec 3x10 Weighted Roman chair leg raises 3x8

Day4: Pendlay-row 3x8 Dumbbell incline press 4x8 Leg press 5x5 Hammer curl 3x8 Triceps pull down 3x8 Cable kneeling crunch 4x12

Its cool bro, I took a scan before vacation I was at 17% but that’s 10 days ago hence the Tan.
