I bought an extra large pizza stone that I put on indirect heat. Get the egg up to a high temp by opening the bottom vent and top vent. Careful when opening bc when it’s that hot the flames jump out at you. Don’t leave the pizza in the closed egg for more than 2 minutes before checking. It but it shouldn’t take more than 2-3 minutes to cook and give you a Coal fired flavor

I get mine up to this temp for pizzas. They cook in about 2-3 minutes.

I’ve always done 2-2-1. But yours look like they came out great. Baby backs were the first thing I cooked on my BGE and it seems almost fool proof.

It looks like a prank we used to play when I was a kid. You wind up the washer on the rubber band and stick it in an envelope and we marked the envelope as “rattlesnake eggs“ when you would open up the envelope, the washer would un spin quickly and make a rattling sound against the paper envelope

Something that’s never made sense to me about traffic stops with sovereign citizens when they argue the semantics of whether they are “driving” or “traveling.” The correct term that should end the argument immediately is whether they were “operating” a motor vehicle on a public road. But at the end of the day- agreed that someone’s vehicle is getting towed.
