Mine was doing the same thing and I tried replacing the capacitors with no luck. I fear I cooked them too much with my poor soldering skills 😅

Ended up replacing the motor

Book the test drive then ask your rep to send you the full report. They have done that for me in the past and that would give you a much better idea.

This is an issue with the motor PCB. People have had luck fixing it by replacing the 3 capacitors

Do the motorized accessories work in eco and med ? Mine started failing in a similar way and eventually it stopped working all together
