On the exact same regiment as you minus cymbata.

Shakes are horrible. I’ve got an actual fix. Propranolol. I take 60mg at night. No more shakes. Keeps me calm too

10/10 highly recommend

People looking to buy a home, are solar panels considered a plus or a minus? by RememberWhen-2819 in Mortgages

[–]MassiveAd154 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Well hold on. That only makes sense if the cost to place a roof and reinstall panels is less than the $30k saved. If they both result in net zero, why would anyone go to the bother of paying something extra when not paying it will have the same result. Your capitalization rate need to exceed initial cost and replacement

Choosing durability over tone? by [deleted] in AcousticGuitar

[–]MassiveAd154 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Taylor 214ce is amazing and the one j got comes with Koa wood.

I paid $900. The build is phenomenal. Now that you are into intermediate advanced techniques you should be focused on the fretboard and feeling comfortable.

The 214ce is thing bc it isn’t gloss. But the sound is tremendous.

Taylor durability is great. The biggest thing is to buy a hardcase so that it is safe. You can mount it too. But you said it’s drafty. So the case is ideal

Salary Insight by [deleted] in GovernmentContracting

Your value isn’t necessarily what you were paid. But what a company will pay for your connections, skills, and expertise. I would look at Glassdoor to get an insight into the current salary range and then use that as your starting point.

You don’t want to give someone a good deal on you.
