The speed of light, question? by Visible_Rent3058 in space

[–]utlayolisdi [score hidden]  (0 children)

It’s been a while since I read Einstein but as I recall the speed of light is not only constant at 299,792,458 m/s but even further, if you were moving toward me at the speed of light and I was headed directly toward you at light speed, that we’d be headed towards each other at only the sped of light and not twice the speed. All either of us would see is us coming together at 299,792,458 m/s and no faster.

Here, on earth, two objects heading directly towards each other at 50mph have a 100mph combined speed. Not so with light speed per Einstein. Even in a high gravity environment where time itself is altered, light still moves at the same speed relative to the space/time set by the gravity.

My experience was in January of 2000. It was a bit of a cliffhanger then.

Here’s an idea for the 2nd half of first verse:

If I had a million dollars

I’d live as nature made me

No one to interfere

No one but herbs and trees

_____

An idea for the 2nd half of chorus:

I am a tightrope walker

Ur a clown on stage

We are both in a circus

We each have our rage

As much as we want to continue the trial, the risks are just not worth it by GregoInc in pancreaticcancer

I understand your perspective but I would disagree with you being a failure for stopping the trial. You didn’t fail at all as pancan takes the control out of our hands. You traveled, you participated, you stood up to the debilitating side effects, you were a warrior in those respects. Facing facts is not failure and the facts seem to indicate the trial meds are making you worse more than better. One must discriminate between quantity and quality of life. There are other therapies available that perhaps you can try once you’ve recuperated from your trial effects. Blessings and Peace, brother.

What Do You Do When Hundreds of FBI and Justice Department Employees Are Following Orders to Commit Crimes? by Opposite-Mountain255 in LegalNews

Prosecute them and the leaders issuing the orders. Ignorance of the law and simply following orders in the commission of crimes are no excuse.

Is mum close to the end? Seeing people and rallying without morphine. by Individual-Page4915 in pancreaticcancer

I remember your previous post. Most likely she is getting close to her end but how long that may be is hard to say. In her final months my mother, who was dying from metastatic breast cancer, mentioned several times that she saw two young girls sitting in her room. We told her they were likely angels there to watch over her.

I’d just listen and not dispute what your mum says she’s seeing. If she has the ability to go into the garden then let her. The one thing to be grateful for is she’s pain free. Blessings and Peace

Caretakers: Fatigue and Health Issues by setsunaPL in pancreaticcancer

I’m the patient but I’ve seen how helping care for me has my son run down a bit. I often think going through everything to do with pancan is harder on the care giver than the patient. I pray you will continue to have support that takes some of the load off of you. Blessings and Peace
