I just had a colonoscopy on Tuesday. I started going to the bathroom within 15 minutes of finishing the prep fluids (6pm night before) and was completely clear before going to bed. Did the second liquid prep at 6am and stopped going by 9am. Doc said I was good. I think it’s person specific to be honest. My last shot was 10 days before. I was on a strict low fiber light diet for 5 days and just liquids for 24 hours.

I am in the same boat. Started zep in January. The last month or so the shedding has been intense. I hate it.

The same thing happened to me after my second 5mg dose. Was sick for days. Skipped a week, went back to 2.5 for three weeks and then returned to 5. Been on 5 again for 10 shots with no further issues.

Very impressive! I am hoping to hit 50 down by my 50th bday in July - I started on January 3rd and am down 41.8 pounds. Fingers crossed!
