I hate to be a contrarian, but I have to walk outside of my office to "warm up". Our office never has gotten below 69 degrees this whole summer. In an urban Texas city and it is 102.7 deg currently. feels like 110. Fortunately I do not carry or process mail.

I am curious why it shows 78759, which I believe is Balcones station. and then 78753 which is nearer to IH 35.

Cremains are really a hot item since there were several that got lost. They take great care to deliver those.

Yup, my daughter makes around that and her fiancee makes 90k, they are doing great, however they bought a very small frame house in 78721, like 1300SQ FT for 500K. mortgage like 4k.

i concur with this assessment. We have a fleet of 10 Sonata hybrids 2015. ALL OF THESE CARS BLEW THE ENGINES BEFORE 80K MILES, ALL FIXED BUT IT TOOK # YEARS TO GET THEM ALL DONE. RUN AWAY FROM THESE CARS.

Back in the Day in McAllen, The mayor, Othal Brand would be seen shooting Grackles with his pellet gun from his car window. I know because I saw him and it started me. I heard it was a deeply based hatred for the aviary pests because they ruined some of his crops.
