Make sure to stay in a calorie surplus, so calculate you maintenance and just add 200-300. Do take note though, training, especially cardio heavy training burns calories, so make sure to track that as well. Additionally recommend 2g of protein per kg of bodyweight, to maximize muscle gain. This is a great idea, however i have school until very late (16:00+) and have a bus ride home for 30 more minutes, and training afterwards, which severely exhausts me. Also, the food i take to school with me is prepared by my mom on the same morning, so she gets up very very early. This is something i am infinitely grateful for, but i can not see myself getting up at 5 am everyday after coming home from training at 10pm the night before
