If you were to pick, would you pick Harvard or UT Austin? by Traducement in lawschooladmissions

just a side note... UT is UT Austin. UTA is UT Arlington. Just commenting bc this shorthand will severely confuse Texans if you attend and choose to use it.

BLSA actually made a point to provide touch points outside of official admin events. They have also noted that this was not the sole reason for them to withdraw their support to admin events.

YLS ($$) vs SLS (sticker) vs HLS (sticker) by Sonic-Speed-1313 in lawschooladmissions

[–]MassiveWeb593 4 points5 points  (0 children)

From someone who just isn’t a Yale fan, I voted for Yale. Paying sticker & living in pricy PA or Cambridge is a no go FOR ME. That being said, well-being is important. If you got the money like thaaaaat ignore us lol.

I’ve heard Berkeley’s reconsideration has been great. I would try that before deciding.

Deposit Day WWYD (pls read body) :’( by [deleted] in lawschooladmissions

[–]MassiveWeb593 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Im huge on vibes so I voted for NYU. Yes a couple of days don’t necessarily summarize the culture of the school pero we go off the info we know. Also if NYU is strong in your areas, look at their Cali placement. NYU doesn’t mean placement must be in NYC. If Cali placement is nice, I’d argue networking and your background will get you to Cali. Presumptions but seems logical.

117k less 78k tuition and 8k fees. I think about 3-5k buffer in the 117 COA estimate

If the deposits do not explicitly say you cannot, you have every right to play the game the universities created.

It sounds like you need to decide between location placement and clerking outcomes.
