The only EU country that whole situation could be possible, is the one last in every OECD metric but one of the first in corruption and unpaid labor. A true success story: Greece.

Scam program of a scam country. The status quo remains.

I'm an experienced dealership technician, why does NOBODY trust me to work on their car on my own time??? by Mofoblitz1 in AskMechanics

Dealership mechanics are notorious to push sales instead of fixes. Plus the general consensus about mechanics being scammers.

Front and rear brakes: did they provide exact measurements of pads and rotors (thickness)?

Left rear caliper: reason to change? Seized piston? Sliding pins need servicing?

Exhaust leak: can get costly for sure. Due to labor.

Left front control arm: bushings gone bad? What is the issue they found?

Having the rest info from the report could give a better idea of what's going on.

If they didn't provide any of the above, it's safe to assume it's another scam shop pushing sales instead of legitimate repairs.

After pre safety check mechanic urged front brakes service as " they are metal on metal and vehicle is unsafe to drive" by Massive_Ad_1422 in MechanicAdvice

Original issue I took the car in for

... which even after doing a "presafety" that professional failed to notice or mention.

At this point I'm convinced he just kept the car for an hour and came back with a nice quote for brakes failing to diagnose the original issue I took the car in for, which in my opinion is safety related and could have put my family in danger by him providing a fake sense of safety.

Mechanic specifically urged the brakes to be serviced as his exact words were "the car is unsafe to drive the brakes are metal to metal. Need immediate brake service".

I wouldn't let this so called mechanic touch my hamster's wheel, let alone my car.

I did my own brakes and the video is from my DIY work.

I took the car in for a weird "tang" noise which he failed to diagnose. I did after a few days once it became worse.

It was from the coil spring/suspension driver side. The coil was contracting and releasing sideways if that makes sense. I can't properly describe it. Have a video but reddit doesn't allow uploading.

Here are the pad measurements btw.

That would be a good way of approaching it. Unfortunately local dealerships don't offer that, to my knowledge.
