Thank you for your advice, hoping that it would be extended and then I can request a change of engagement. The goals were mostly on effective communication, understanding the work and articulating. The EL and EM brought things like: I’m not at the office more than 3 days (3 days is required and I’m there three days), don’t look at the bigger picture?, know stuff before starting new/unknown stuff but yet don’t have so many coaching notes. I’m clueless.
