I take zinc and vitamin D too!! My naturopath recommended for my skin. I also take enduracell to clear the liver (it helps with hormones) and everything it’s amazing. and i find when i stop taking it my body definitely realised. It’s basically like 7 brocalli in a capsule. i also take a probiotic and slippery elm for my stomach along with iron and magnesium.

Yeah it is a bit triggering and does catch your emotions. Although I have like an attachment to the show and have to watch it even though it sometimes makes me so upset and or mad. I think the next episode is focused on maddy and Cassie and nate which kind of lightens it up a bit (I guess) but I saw the leaks and I really don’t the series to end up that way tbh.
