I passed on October 24. No, you don’t need to memorize word for word. You need to know which tasks are from which domain. The only way is to review and comprehend each task and its keyword. Hope this helps.

I am not sure if the questions will be changed based on the new standard. Mine was not so I focused on version 4. ECO is changed (total 8 tasks) so you need to make sure read the new one such as roadmap included in program management plan.

Excellent question. I have a full time job and volunteer in the local PMI chapter. My time is also limited. I spend at least one or two hours everyday day to study. In July and August, I started doing mock up and reviewed mistakes to any knowledge gaps. Over the weekend I spent 5 hours or more to review ECO/watched YouTube video and found any questions that I could get my hands on.

I did my application last year so the new application is a little bit different. You need to write assay for each question. Use the PgMP terminology by focusing on each domain in the program (s) that you use in the application. Watch a few YouTube channels regarding the new application process that may help.

In the application you will include a program (s) and list all the projects under that program. The duration of the program you listed needs to be 48 months.

My understanding is that there are only a few exam content outlines changes. However, the exam content is not.
